Abstract
⺠Knowledge on vaccination schedule affected full vaccination coverage. ⺠Birth interval play more important role than number of children or family member. ⺠CHWs performance was also important determinants of full vaccination coverage. ⺠Interaction between literacy and wealth was significantly related in full vaccination. ⺠Increased frequency and quality of CHW visits would be effective intervention to increase vaccination rate.
