Abstract
The Equilibrium-Constant Method is introduced to flame's temperature reconstruction for the combustion region from the experimentally measured refractive index. The mole fractions of species composition are described as the functions of equivalence ratio, temperature and pressure. Based on which, the dependence of the mole fractions on temperature and pressure can be obtained once the equivalence ratio is known. Finally, the temperatures which are reconstructed based on the method proposed by us are compared with those of obtained by previous method, as well as the imperfectness of the proposed method is analyzed and discussed.
