Abstract
By the finite-difference time-domain method, the propagations for 45° and 90° waveguide bend in 2D + 3D hetero-structure are investigated. Different optimization methods are considered. The results show that the perturbation method and periodicity changing can effectively enhance the transmission of waveguide.
