Abstract
In a recent experiment we have shown that the constraints in the yester-experiments to verify the Fresnel and Arago interference laws can be overcome by using the temporal coherence property in a Mach–Zehnder interferometer. In this note we are giving a theoretical treatment to those experimental. This analysis is based on the matrix representation of the electric field and the polarizers.
