Abstract
Fourier Telecopy (FT) technique plays a promising role in deep space target detection. To improve the imaging quality of circular transmitting telescope array FT, a new processing method which adopts an extrapolation method based on the sampling theorem is proposed. Simulation results show that the extrapolation method can obviously improve system imaging resolution as well as reconstructed image quality. Even at a relative low SNR level the method improves system imaging resolution to a certain extent.
