Abstract
These findings support the use of music as an independent nursing intervention to manage pain, analgesic use and physiological states in patients after myocardial infarction. Listening to music during and after myocardial infarction can effectively reduce pain, analgesic use, systolic and diastolic blood pressure, pulse levels. Thus listening music may be a useful tool for coronary intensive care nursing.
