Abstract
The viewing space and viewing angle in holographic 3D display will be discussed in this paper. By this research a better stereo display technique could be constructed more easily and accurately. A finite display area determines how large the viewing space is and the viewing angles. Both horizontal and vertical angles can be derived from the geometric analysis in this paper. The depth concept is also applied in two or more objects reconstructed on the hologram or other 3D virtual image displays.
