Abstract
76AS-VI and CMG increased proliferation and migration of skin cells through activation of the EGFR-ERK signaling pathway, resulting in the improvement in wound healing in vitro and in vivo. These findings demonstrate the therapeutic potential of AS-VI and CMG for accelerating wound healing and provide a mechanistic basis for this activity.
