Abstract

In this paper definitions of the concept of reduced resistance to heat transfer of the fragment of enclosing structure are formulated. Element approach for calculation of the reduced resistance's to heat transfer values of the fragment of enclosing structure is considered. The output of the calculation formulas for elemental approach is shown. New features for various thermal performance enclosure elements are introduced. Their definitions according to the project of set of rules “Rules for calculating the reduced resistance to heat transfer. Tables of thermal characteristics of typical elements of enclosing structures” are briefly described. This method of determining the reduced thermal resistance to heat transfer is introduced in set of rules and regulations SP 50.13330.2012 “Thermal performance of the buildings” in Russian Federation. The way of rationing of the reduced resistance to heat transfer of enclosing structures is considered.
