Abstract
A study presented by the authors, examines the factors influencing the creation of effective interaction based on cooperation, in study groups of additional professional education and construction industry professionals. The authors identified factors that positively affect the efficiency of small study groups in the online environment. Particularly, there are certain learning strategies that promote the involvement of participants in projects that are implemented in small groups. Participation in these projects increases the sense of community, leads to the acquisition of useful skills and improves learning outcomes..
