Energy-saving Solution in the Heating System of Buildings

Considered by one of the solutions of the program “Energy saving for 2010-2020, for the enterprises of Kursk and Kursk region”, which consists in the local reducing heat loss to the environment from the room by changing the conditions of heat exchange between apparatus of heat exchange of the heating system and the inner surface of the outer fence.
