Abstract

The influence of the nature and the maintenance of the secondary supplier, the contents and the nature of the predecessor of palladium on catalytic activity of Pd/MeOx/Ni-Al/HC catalysts in the reaction of deep oxidation of methane is considered in the work. The secondary supplier was put with the method of a plasma dusting. It is defined that the best predecessor of palladium is [Pd(NH3)4](NO3)2. The minimum concentration of palladium necessary for achievement of full oxidation of methane on the best samples is 0.25%. It is shown that with the increase in the maintenance of ZrO2 the activity grows in catalysts. All catalysts are characterized by the XRF method. The most active sample of Pd/CeO2-ZrO2/Ni-Al/HC is additionally investigated by the method of the scanning electronic microscopy.
