Abstract
There is an easy way to verify this dysfunction of the sacroiliac (SI) joint by comparing the length of both legs while the patient lies on his back and sits upright. Once the therapist has removed the cranial shift of the ilium by two special chiropractic manoeuvers, pain gets less (22%) or disappears completely (51%) within three or four weeks as this study shows.
