Abstract
This article presents the main results of researches on the liquid flow at the gas filled cavity inlet which can be used for design of innovative processes of internal surfaces cleaning for stagnant units and hydraulic cylinders. The researches have shown that the cavity filling with liquid is defined by the supply mainline response, the design of a hydro pneumatic accumulator and the cavity volume of the filled unit. Herewith, attainable time of the cavity filling has been changed from 0.5 to 1.5 sec, and the liquid flow rate at the cavity inlet varies from 150 to 200 m/sec, that considerably exceeds (8-10 times) the liquid flow rates in operating modes of the hydraulic drives.
