Abstract
A patient presented with a symptomatic syndrome that is often an asymptomatic condition. Patients with a history of coronary artery bypass grafting and patients with an arteriovenous fistula may experience cardiovascular symptoms, such as chest pain or syncope, resulting from this condition. The diagnosis and treatment of a patient with a symptomatic case of this syndrome is presented.
