Countermeasures of Mine Safety Management based on Behavior Safety Mode

Unsafe behavior of people is the most important factor to cause coal mine accident. In coal mine production activities, the unsafe behavior of people will be affected by various factors. In order to guide safety behavior and contain unsafe behavior of people, it applied behavior based safety method in coal mine safety management. On the basis of introducing cause mechanism of behavior, BBS(behavior-based safety) management idea and ABC(activator-behavior-consequence) behavior analysis, and new understanding the meaning of safety, then put forward from the emotion, human nature and so on to strengthen the people-oriented family management, strengthen staff behavior apprenticeship training, pay attention to behavior observation and feedback, strengthen the safety responsibility system, and establish and perfect the evaluation system of safety management measures. It is extremely vital to effectively reduce accidents and improve safety production situation of coal mine.
