Abstract
Mine workers’ job stress is one of the key causes of serious mine accidents in China. In order to further explain and predict the job stress of miners and develop feasible intervention strategies, this paper presents 7 pressure sources for miners’ occupation are proposed and a hypothesis model for miners’ working pressure is established. The influence mode and path between job stressors and working pressure is revealed, based on the questionnaire results and structural equation model (SEM). Besides, the hypothesis proposed is validated, and the corresponding intervention countermeasures are put forward. The contribution will provide effective guidance for the prediction and control of miners’ job stress.
