Abstract
Bionic coupling bit has much advantage, such as high drilling efficiency and long life. In order to research on the matrix wear resistance of bionic coupling bit, based on the bionic coupling theory, 9 samples were designed and processed according to orthogonal test table, and then the abrasion ratio of each sample was tested. With extreme difference analysis method the test data was analyzed, the results showed that the non-smooth shape has an important impact on wear resistance of matrix, and the primary factor is non-smooth ratio, and then diameter of bionic unit and diamond concentration. The optimal combination is A1B2C3 that is non-smooth 9%, pit diameter 1.5 mm and diamond concentration 125%.
