Abstract
The multiprofessional organization of the clinical nutrition, the structuring of the dietary care and the food medicalization allowed to officially incorporate dietitians in health care where nutrition is important if not essential. Working in direct collaboration with the physicians and in complementarity with all paramedical staff, the dietitian has an important place in nutritional risk and nutritional disorders care, particularly for the initialization, the planning, and the follow-up of the dietary and nutritional care and the evaluation of its efficiency.
