Abstract
Vision plays an important role in the construction of action, but it is part of a global perception that is the culmination of the fusion of multisensory data in an intermodal coherence whose neural circuits are of great complexity and are still being explored. The different sensorimotor elements of vision participate in the development of the visuo-spatial-temporal data which allow the precision of the movement. The orthoptist, by studying and re-educating the visual function in order to improve the relevance of the visual data, aims to improve the efficiency of the organization of the gesture.
