Abstract
Professional exhaustion, professional wear, burn-out, these expressions describe a state of intense stress, in connection with the work, which affects a large number of people, the employee to the senior executive and which requires a precise and specific care. Having defined the burn-out and the psychosocial risks, the authors present the various phases and the types of possible preventions. Follows a description of the profiles at risks, and a proposal of a type of intervention in whom several caregivers can conjugate their specialities, in the interest of the patient. Defining briefly the used approach (Gestalt-therapy), they illustrate their words of some clinical labels.
