Abstract
The establishment of a delegation of task protocol between a delegate orthoptiste and an ophthalmologist delegating appears to be an interesting solution to reduce appointment times under control for a consultation and glasses prescription in urban or rural areas that lack ophthalmologists. Ophtalmologist being on site once a week appears to be a necessary reinforcement to secure the protocol and provide care offers patients cannot meet the protocol. We report our experience of the implementation of the first protocol of ophthalmology telemedicine task delegation with analysis on the website of Neufchâtel-en-Bray in Normandy.
