Abstract
The urodynamic assessment occupies an essential place in the arsenal of additional tests exploring the urinary tract in children, provided that it is requested for a specific purpose. Difficult to implement in children where the need for a team accustomed in urodynamics in children and able to establish a relationship of trust with the latter in order to have interpretable results allowing to guide the therapeutic conduct. The indications of urodynamic evaluation is not restricted only to the diagnosis of functional urinary disorders (detrusor-external sphincter dyssynergia, non neurogenicneurogenic bladder), but also in monitoring or therapeutic adaptation of anatomical or neurological anomalies (urethral valves, spina bifida…).
