Abstract
Various therapies have been suggested for treating neurological functional disorders. The mirror therapy is a therapeutic strategy commonly used in organic pathologies, but never reported in such functional disorders. We report the case of a young patient with shoulder trauma causing a total loss of function of the right arm. The investigations were in favor of a functional disorder. There was no improvement after several sessions of conventional physiotherapy. With the mirror therapy, the patient was able to recover its member.
