Abstract
The CâStem femoral system presented satisfactory results related to cementation pattern, positioning, osteolysis, and stress shielding with regard to literature referring to doubleâtapered or tripleâtapered models, demonstrating to be a safe method, with a predictable and reliable cementing pattern.
