Abstract
Hypothalamic-pituitary metastases are rare. They will be identified either incidentally or during evaluation for symptoms related to hypothalamic-pituitary dysfunction. Diabetes insipidus remained the most common presentation. In this work, we report an observation of patient treated for breast cancer who presented an hypothalamic-pituitary metastasis after six years of evolution. Diagnosis was confirmed by MRI.
