Abstract
Intraoperative hypotension is frequent in infants with potential impairment of brain oxygenation. Different strategies are available to maintain mean arterial pressure during an anesthetic procedure. Volemic expansion and vasoconstrictors are the most commonly administrated therapeutics. The effectiveness should be assessed in a multimodal way.
