Discussion on Harmony Value and Construction Way of Safe Community

At the Communist Party of China (CPC) ‘s Fourth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee, the goal to build a “harmonious society” was put forward clearly. Without a safe, stable social order, harmonious society would be like water without a source, a tree without roots. Community is the basic unit of society and the community safety is the important cornerstone of the production safety and society harmony. The value of constructing safe community for building harmonious society is thoroughly discussed. The way on how to construct safe community and promote society harmony is also proposed in this paper.
