Abstract
Both clevidipine and esmolol are effective for inducing controlled hypotension during endoscopic repair of CSF rhinorrhea. Clevidipine has the advantage of having shorter time to reach target MAP with less need of additional hypotensive agent and better surgeon satisfaction.
