Abstract
In this paper, according to the mathematical model of the hydraulic step system in the flow field, the second-order nonlinear differential equations describing the step body movement are linearized by the local segmenting method, and then the simple numerical solution is obtained by Laplace transformation. The analytical solution at special position and experimental results show that the numerical solution is accurate enough. Accordingly, the movement characteristics of the step body can be analyzed, the reliability of the hydraulic step system can be studied, and the design can also be further optimized.
