Development of an Equipment Room Environment Monitoring System based on Wireless Sensor Network and Mobile Agent

The traditional design of environment monitoring system is based on cable transmission, with the disadvantages of deployment difficulty, high costs, poor stability and accuracy. Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) and Mobile Agent (MA) technology can effectively solve these problems. In this paper, we present a new scheme of environment monitoring system. Our method can monitor indoor environments automatically and alarm abnormal situations in time. The proposed method has been applied in a company and greatly improves the level of management efficiency.
