Abstract
The Mn-Zn ferrite powders were prepared by refluxing method using the leaching liquid of high permeability Mn-Zn ferrite wastes as raw materials in the system of strong alkali. The techniques such as ICP-AES, XRD and SEM were used to investigate their chemical composition, crystal structure and morphology. The results showed that all the studied precipitants can synthesize the Mn-Zn ferrite to some extent. the sample prepared by NaOH precipitant has more complete precipitation, higher degree of transformation, better crystallization, and smaller particle size (about 80nm).
