Abstract
- Management of pain in children with CP not able to self-report is difficult.
- Postoperative pain with atypical pain behaviours and idiosyncrasies is common.
- We evaluated validity and reliability of the translated r-FLACC pain score.
- Excellent internal consistency and intra-rater reliability were found.
- Content, construct and criterion validity were established.
