Abstract
Our data demonstrated several clinicopathologic factors that are likely associated with a suspicious cytology. In younger patients with suspicious cytology and non-mass forming lesion, surgical management should be taken with caution as a considerable percentage of patients showed only benign or low-grade dysplastic changes.
