Abstract
Sudomotor dysfunction is highly prevalent in patients with T2D, especially in those with DPN. Various diabetes-related factors were linked to lower ESC values, indicating an association between chronic hyperglycemia and sudomotor function. We also observed a strong relationship between foot deformities and ESC abnormalities. We conclude that the factors associated with DPN are also relevant to sudomotor dysfunction.
