The Research About Sustainable Development Based on Cultural Root: Take the Ecoal Yuan Conceptual Planning of Juewei Taiyuan as an Example

This article will base on the concept of “Ecological Civilization”, and combined with the ECOAL Yuan conceptual planning for Juewei Taiyuan, elaborate the city like Taiyuan, located in the place that abundant with Chinese traditional culture, but has weak economic basis, low technical level and high consumption level of resources, how to use the method of culture traceability, relying on its historical culture, through the leading role in the project as ECOAL Yuan of Juewei, to get rid of the environmental pollution and take the road of the sustainable development.
