Abstract
Firstly the article introduces working principle of direct drive electro-hydraulic servo system and robust H∞ theory, then builds the mathematical model of this system and the robust H∞ controller, and applies this controller and PID method to the actual system. The experimental results indicate that the system adopting robust control shows the ability to suppress most disturbances, and satisfies the general requirement of hydraulic system in varied working condition.
