Abstract
These data suggested that TRPM2 is a positive regulator of Ang II-induced adipocyte insulin resistance via Ca2+/CaMKII/JNK-dependent signaling pathway. Targeting TRPM2 may be a novel therapeutic strategy to treat hypertension-associated insulin resistance.
