In this paper the concept of logistics ecological environment will be put forward finally by the study on the current situation and the development history of the logistics industry, and further analyzes the components of logistics ecological environment, as well as the current problems existing in the logistics ecological environment during the forming process. In view of the basic construction of the basic formation logistics ecological environment, this paper will propose to the conception supported by the construction of the policies and regulations system, the multi-level support channels (for example, finance, government, and so on) and the ecological environment auxiliary system, in order to guide the health and sustainable development of the logistics ecological environment.
