Abstract
Mechanical design of a humanoid robot head had always been the focus and difficulty. In this paper, structural design of a humanoid robot head based on Pro/E was introduced. And the virtual assembly in accordance with the life-size and the static interference check were also accomplished. Simulated and analyzed the kinematic form dynamically, which may be valuable for engineering application. The research provides the data for the next robot production and lays the foundation for the driver selection.
