Abstract

Because of increasingly demanding the electronic devices and circuits with the characteristics of reliability and real-time, a webbased and JTAG boundary scan design of remote automatic detection and fault diagnosis had been proposed, which can achieve the diagnosis and local reset of remote targets. The parallel interface connector module and JTAG test controller were selected to send the signal to the remote target for testing. The sample of single-chip and interconnection between the circuit modules were measured by the testing instruction, the results show that this design proposed by this paper has the advantages of practical, versatile, and wide application prospects.
