Abstract
The polarization control technique, which is considered as a technique for controlling the state of polarization of light, was studied for a potential of the optical measurement on liquid of interest. In this research, modulation method was performed by rotating a quarter wave plate and a modulator with a constant frequency. In this study, optical data such as index of refraction, reflection coefficients and ellipsometric parameters of surfaces under study were obtained. The experimental result is in good agreement with the corresponding theoretical analysis. © 2010 Published by Elsevier Ltd.
