Abstract
PAB can be used in patients with AVSD without compromising AVV function. Most patients with bAVSD progress to biventricular repair, albeit with a high rate of AVV reoperation. Patients with uAVSD who undergo PAB have similar outcomes to the overall uAVSD population.
