Abstract
Abnormal ROTEM thresholds after heparin reversal were found to be associated with significant perioperative bleeding and transfusion requirement in OPCABG. Rotational thromboelastometry may allow timely hemostatic interventions to reduce blood loss and transfusion in OPCABG.
