Abstract
Our study indicated that Tie-2 receptor phosphorylation in microvascular endothelial cells was involved in pathophysiological process after SAH, and the decline of Tie-2 receptor phosphorylation might increase blood-brain barrier permeability by decreasing the tight junction protein expression.
