Abstract
In patients complaining of groin/scrotal pain following EVAR, it is worth considering testicular ischaemia whether secondary to cholesterol embolisation or gonadal occlusion. Clinicians should be aware that clinical and radiological findings can mimic torsion as this affects management and outcome.
