Abstract
Clinically significant arrhythmias are common in HS. Although bradyarrhythmias are associated with LAI, tachyarrhythmia occurrence may depend more on hemodynamic and anatomic factors than isomerism subtype. Tachyarrhythmias, but not bradyarrhythmias, are associated with death or need for transplant.
