Abstract
We report a 17-year-old male who was involved in a quarrel, presented with multiple stab wounds to the back of the right arm and the back of the chest bilaterally. The knife remained in situ, without evidence of the knife from outside neither by inspection nor palpation. This report highlights the value of a cheap, less risky and accessed tool of investigation such as the lateral chest X-ray film in penetrating chest trauma patient.
