Abstract
The Italian Excluder Registry outcomes confirmed sustained EVAR effectiveness at 10-year follow-up using the Gore Excluder EG. Freedom from EG-related complications, endoleaks, and reinterventions was satisfactory and remained acceptable beyond 5Â years of follow-up, supporting a reasonable long-term durability of this device.
