Abstract
⺠A nanosensor for detecting colon cancer cells is reported. ⺠The covalent immobilization using NaIO4 oxidation method is more effective than using Glutaraldehyde method. ⺠The fluorescence microscopy imaging and flow cytometer (FCM) experiments demonstrate the sensitivity and selectivity of nanosensor. ⺠The membrane and nuclear staining show the distribution and abundance of EpCAM in cells' membrane.
